Your billing provider will not release club data to us without a signed authorization form, and it has to be signed by a Club Manager or Level 3 Manager. Tell us who, and we will prepare it for signature.

What happens when you submit

1	Your account is created in test mode with a $25 credit and a working test key.
2	You can build your entire cart immediately against test data. Nothing waits on us.
3	We prepare the ABC release form. That step involves a human at ABC and is the slow part — usually days, not minutes.
4	Once ABC releases your clubs, add a card and switch to live.
