File a ticket that gets fixed quickly
Tickets go to the team and to Claude. The difference between a ticket that gets fixed today and one that sits for a week is almost always the same three lines.
- What you did. "I pressed Publish on the Summer Offer site."
- What you expected. "The live page should show the new headline."
- What happened instead. "It still shows the old one after a refresh."
Also worth including
- The page address. It is prefilled for you, so check it is the right one.
- Whether it happens every time or once.
- Whether anyone else can reproduce it.
Choosing a severity
- Blocker: nobody can work. Use it sparingly and it will keep working.
- High: a real customer is affected right now.
- Normal: wrong, but there is a way around it.
- Low: worth fixing when convenient.
You can file a ticket from an assistant too, using submit_ticket over MCP, which is usually faster than finding the form.
