Save the members you'd lose online

They do it themselves. When a member taps cancel, iJoin shows one offer that fits their reason: a freeze, a smaller plan, a club closer to home. They take it in one tap, it is written to your club system, and nobody at the front desk picks up a phone. The same iJoin flows bring back people who start joining online and stop.

North Pole Fitness Club is made up. The cancel flow is iJoin's.

Step 1: the cancel link is easy to find

It sits in the member's own account, where they look for it. Hiding it leads to chargebacks, angry reviews and calls to the front desk. The link is plain to see, just not the loudest thing on the screen.

The data on this screenPlan, price, start date, next billing date and visits this month, read from your club management system.

What the club gets: members kept, with no staff time

Every save happens on the member's own phone and lands in your club system on its own. The numbers below are examples, to show what the monthly report looks like.

Stop losing people at both doors

Clubs lose people online in two places: members on the way out, and new people who start joining and stop. iJoin covers both with the same flows.

The way outA member taps cancel, sees one offer that fits, and keeps their membership in a tap. No staff time.
The way inSomeone starts joining and stops at the plan or payment step. iJoin knows where they stopped, the follow-up fires on that, and they finish the join online themselves.

The reason decides the offer

Each answer leads to one offer the member can take on their own. The club picks the offers from its own plans, freeze rules and locations.

Before anyone cancels: the at-risk list

Canceling is the last step. The first sign is a member coming in less. Every morning iJoin reads each member's visits and flags anyone whose pattern has dropped, so the club can reach them while they are still a member.

Flag a member who drops below half their usual weekly visits for 2 weeks, or anyone with no visit in 14 days and nothing booked. The club sets the rule.

How it connects to your club system

iJoin writes into club management systems like ABC, Glofox and Zenoti. Your members never leave your brand, and your staff never retype anything.

1. ReadMembers, plans, agreements, visits and bookings.
2. WatchA daily check builds the at-risk list. A cancel at the desk or online starts the follow-ups.
3. Ask and offerThe member sees their real numbers and the one offer that fits their reason.
4. Write backA freeze or plan change is applied in your system, and the reason is saved as a note on the member.

When someone does cancel: win-back

Members stay active until their end date, so the first messages land while they can still walk in. Each one fires on what the member did, not on a timer. Tap any step to read the draft.

What iJoin is

iJoin is the joining platform for gyms and studios. The cancel flow is one part of it.

A penguin runningUnlimited join and cancel flows

One for every offer and every location, each in your brand.

A missed class, a cancel, a link opened. Not a timer.

Newer state laws, such as California's, now expect members who join online to be able to cancel online. That makes your website the place members will leave, so make it the place you save them.

This isn't legal advice. Your club's counsel confirms the rules for your state.
